3.2 Ethical & Sustainability Integrity

Harry Thuku Beverages LP upholds ethical labour sourcing, hygienic production, and sustainable agricultural practices. Customers must not misrepresent these attributes or alter products in ways that undermine Company values.

3.3 Zero-Tolerance Misconduct Clause

Any customer who uses Company goods, services, or financial interactions to:

• Harass Company staff or partners,
• Engage in defamatory or malicious activity,

may be denied service and may face legal action under Kenyan civil and criminal law.
